About MC4 Yachts

MC4YACHTS was founded in the Principality of Monaco in 2014 and offers a range of services supporting owners through the whole lifetime of their Yacht Ownership.

We offer complete services starting from yacht design and building supervision to repair, maintenance and refurbishment oversight to partial and full yacht management.

We provide a complete range of services that continue beyond the project phase and encompass the running of the yacht, accounting, administration, crew and technical management.

Our team has been hand picked for their vertical expertise, work ethic, willingness to go the extra mile, and ability to anticipate client needs.

Who We Are

MC4 Yachts Team

A Master Mariner, Ivo started his career as Yacht Captain and has participated in some of the most prestigious sailing races in the world. Ivo has managed Newbuilding and major refits for sail and motor yachts for the past 35 years. He also offered fulll yacht management services to its clients. He is the founder and CEO of MC4YACHTS. His skills as a technical advisor and yacht manager are well-honed and most appreciated by our clients and captains.

IVO BUCCI MARCONI

CEO

Holding a Master Degree in Electronic Engineering and part of the group of the shareholders , with 15 years experience as shipyard manager for yacht refits and manintenance he operates as a Yacht Manager and technical superintendent also for Class and Flag regulation of the client’s yacht. His abilities to organize large refits and adhere to established budgets and tight time frames are a great asset to the company and support and coordinate all the yacht operations along with the MC4 Yachts’s Team and the Crew

ANDREA RATTO

CEO | Yacht Manager and Technical Superintendent

Part of the group of shareholders who founded the Company, Sandrine manages Accounting and Finance with 20 years of experience in the yachting industry. She is responsible for managed yacht’s accounting, treasury and provides full service cost control and budgeting.

SANDRINE MANNONI ORIA

Account Manager

Roberto holds a Master Degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering and brings decades of experience in Shipmanagement, Newbuilding, Repair and Conversions and Vessel Operations acquired managing some of the largest passenger cruise and ferry fleets in the world. Roberto is former President and CEO of Silversea Cruises, Grandi Navi Veloci and NCL. He is an investor in MC4YACHTS and serves as advisor to the team. Drawing on his vast experience, he provides support for strategic decision-making within the yacht management services.

ROBERTO MARTINOLI

Investor & Advisor

Graduated with a Master Degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering at Università degli Studi di Genova. After a period as Project Manager in Amico Shipyard in Genoa where he was actively involved during the coordination and planning of various Refit projects on Superyachts from 40 to 90m in length, he joined CRN Yachts, and on February 2021, his career had a significant boost with OTAM Shipyard where he entered as General Manager. He joined the MC4 team embracing his knowledge for Refit and New Build Projects to offer the best service to Yachts who are looking for a reliable and professional Full Management Team.

MARZIO RUCCONI

Yacht Manager and Technical Superintendent

With a solid background in the maritime industry, Martina brings extensive experience in managing yacht service agencies within refit shipyards. Throughout her career, she has developed deep expertise in providing comprehensive high-end support and essential services to yachts and their personnel. Within the MC4 Yachts team, Martina serves as the Human Resources Manager, overseeing all aspects of Crew Management and Agency services. Leveraging her strong problem-solving skills and proven ability to operate in high-pressure environments, she ensures that every yacht’s staffing and logistics needs are met with the highest standards of efficiency and professional integrity.

MARTINA PERROTTA PALÀTOVÀ

Office Manager

Marine and Industrial Engineer with international experience, registered as Professional Engineer in Genoa Rolls and Chartered Engineer at Engineering Council of united Kingdom. Recognized as Expert by the Genoa Court in maritime casualties, ship valuation and technical management he is member of Royal Institution of Naval Architects and certified Level III for nondstructive tests. His work spans condition surveys, marine warranty surveys, pre-purchase inspections, risk assessment, and industrial appraisals. He also advises on international regulatory compliance and provides forensic expertise in legal proceedings.
